College is more of a laid back phase, that comes after great rigorous efforts in 12th grade. But what one encounters after college is a roller coaster called LIFE. Hence, to achieve success in life, these are some basic 8 things that needed to quit after 3rd year of college (Sorry FYUP B. Tech).
Irregularity
Regularity is the stepping stone towards success. Struggling to even complete the attendance, college life is an epitome of delays. Masters’ courses and Jobs, both of them cannot be managed with an irregular attitude.
Laziness
All morning classes that were missed for the supposed 5 minutes of extra sleep. One must learn to seize the moment that optimize that time for productive work. Once a habit of working efficiently, one can never sit idle and looks out for opportunities.
Excuses
One must understand that in case of failure or delay, the excuses one furnishes are for themselves and not anybody else. As one enters a phase of taking responsibility, excuses become inacceptable. Its either an apology or not letting such situations arise.
Happy go Lucky Attitude
As one takes on responsibility after college, some kind of seriousness must be observed. Any assigned task should not be taken lightly and be fulfilled with absolute devotion.
Pride
One may have achieved a lot of things in college life, but these things usually don’t matter in the world. Only what you showcase yourself as matters. Hence, there is no question for pride at all.
Authority
By the time a person reaches third year, he/she has some authority over juniors of two batches. However, after college one has to start from level zero again. Hence, authority should be submerged.
Unnecessary leaves
Life after college requires enough dedication that cold flu or headache don’t remain reasons to take a day off.
Procrastination
Forced delays caused by negligent attitude leads to immense work burden in the real world. Today’s work is best finished now to let the mind be in peace. Thus, procrastination must be quit.
