Applications Invited for Radcliffe Institute Fellowship Program 2016-17

The Radcliffe Institute of Advance Study at Harvard University is inviting applications for the annual Radcliffe Fellowships designed to support scholars, scientists, artists and writers of exceptional promise and demonstrated accomplishment. The institute encourages applications in all disciplines and on any topic in recognition of Radcliffe's contributions. The program every year selects and supports 50 artists and scholars.
Stipends are funded up to US$75,000 for a year with additional funds for project expenses. Relocation expenses support is provided too, where considered relevant. The fellowship year extends from early September 2016 to May 2017 during which fellows receive office or studio space and access to libraries and resources of the university.
Visual, film and video artists may apply to visit for one or two semester. If they visit for one semester, the stipend is US$37,500. The fellows are expected to reside in Boston area during the period and to have their primary office at the institute, since this a residential fellowship. For more details click here
Eligibility
Candidates from across the world are eligible to apply. Disciplines supported include natural science, maths, creative arts, humanities and social sciences.
Deadline
The deadline for individual online applications in the creative arts, humanities, and social sciences is September 24, 2015.
For online applications in the natural sciences and mathematics, the deadline is October 15, 2015.
